Penn State offers courses designed for those preparing for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Examination and those employed or seeking jobs in real estate fields like title search, appraisal, and mortgage companies.
To qualify for the exam, applicants must complete 75 hours of basic real estate courses from an accredited college or approved provider. Completing these two courses fulfills the requirements for the Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Examination. It is recommended to take both courses concurrently. Applicants must contact PSI Exams prior to applying for licensure in order to register for, sit for, and pass the examination.
