Navigating end-of-life planning and care-giving can feel overwhelming, emotional, and uncertain. This free, three-part seminar series—led by Jessica Clontz, M.Ed., CRC—is a service to our community, created to help make the process just a little easier. Through compassionate guidance and expert-led panels on funeral services, elder law and estate planning, and hospice care, families will gain the knowledge and support they need. Each panel will present information with plenty of time for questions and answers.
