Penn State DuBois' THON dancers for 2022, Hannah Allen, Haley Rummel, Elise DuFour and Alena Keen, can rest knowing that they championed efforts resulting in $27,528 raised "For the Kids."
The North Central PA LaunchBox powered by Penn State DuBois continues to add tools to its state-of-the-art lineup of technology aimed at developing area businesses and industry. The latest piece of equipment available for use by industry partners and individuals, a turntable 3D scanner, just arrived in the on-campus Idea Lab in February.
The Penn State DuBois men's basketball team suffered a loss to Penn State Greater Allegheny on Thursday, Feb. 17, in its final regular season game. Greater Allegheny came out on top, 105-76.
Betty McFadden Freemer, and her husband, Mark Freemer, both of DuBois, have pledged an additional $50,000 to the Jordan Andrulonis Trustee Scholarship at Penn State DuBois. This scholarship was established by the couple in 2012 with an initial $50,000 pledge to honor Betty’s son, Jordan Andrulonis.
The 2022 Dancer Sendoff and Hair Auction raised $12,455 for the fight against pediatric cancer, breaking the record for money raised during this single event. This also brings the current campus total of dollars raised to $25,355 for the year.
The Penn State DuBois women's basketball team traveled to Penn State Mont Alto on Feb. 8 for a PSUAC matchup. Mont Alto would come out on top, ending the game 81-52.
