THON Hair Auction RSVP 2022
Each year, students raise money for THON and DuBois holds a send off dinner and hair auction to wish our dancers well and give them a final fundraising push. This year, we are back on campus, and we hope to see you there! How can you participate and help you ask?
BEFORE THE AUCTION:
Members of our community will be getting their hair cut to raise money for the organization. You can bid on each person’s hair and help them reach their individual goals and contributing to the campus goal of a $25,000 donation!

About THON:
THON is Penn State’s student-run philanthropic organization that raises money for the Four Diamonds fund for pediatric cancer research.
Our 2022 Donors are:
Hannah Allen, current PSUD student and 2022 THON dancer, has set her goal at $250 for up to 5 inches, BUT will also get curtain bangs for another $250, totaling out at $1500.
Jacob Ebel, current PSUD student, has set his goal at $100 per inch, up to 7 inches, maxing out at $700.
Colleen Lanzoni, our Campus Counselor, has a goal of $400 per inch up to 5 inches, making her total goal $2000.
Charis Drew Martell, former PSUD THON Co-Chair has chosen a goal of $150 per inch, up to 7 inches, leaving her goal at $1050 total.
Cameron Pennington, son of our Director of Student Affairs, Rebecca Pennington, has a goal of $200 per inch up to TEN inches, meaning his goal could hit $2000.
John Tolle, PSUD professor of Mathematics, has made it simple by saying he'll cut his hair short for $1000 or go bald for $1500.
And last but certainly not least, Nathan Murarik, SGA Vice President, has decided on $200 per inch, up to 5 inches, BUT would go bald for an additional $250, totaling out at $1250.
