DUBOIS, Pa. — Penn State DuBois baseball traveled to Penn State Mont Alto Tuesday afternoon for a single game conference matchup. DuBois would suffer a loss, with Mont Alto coming out on top, 10-6. Jacob Allen would get the start for DuBois. 

Mont Alto would score first with 2 runs in the bottom of the 1st inning, and again in the 3rd they would get 1 run. DuBois finally came alive with rally runs in the 6th and 7th innings. Daniel Stauffer doubled to left field to score Toner Corl to get their team going. With the bases loaded, Zane Morgan would get hit by a pitch to score Trevor Hanna. Corl would hit a 2 RBI single, and Stauffer would hit another double to score Corl and Morgan to tie the game at 6-6. 

Mont Alto would score a few more in each of the 7th and 8th innings however, to take the game 10-6.

Allen would go 2 innings with 2 strikeouts before relief would come from Taylor Boland, Brandon Sicheri, Brandon Orsich, Stauffer, and Nolan Walters.

Corl went 2 for 4 on the day with 2 RBIs, while Stauffer went 2 for 4 with 3 RBIs for the DuBois offense.
