Landau Eugene Murphy Jr., winner of season six of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” will headline this year’s Penn State DuBois Benefit Celebration, slated for 6 p.m. Oct. 12 at the DuBois Country Club. Tickets go on sale July 1 for this unique event, which will see Murphy perform favorites from Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and other classics.
LionPATH, Penn State's student information system, is undergoing an upgrade over the Fourth of July weekend and will be unavailable to users from 9 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 4, through noon ET on Sunday, July 7.

The LionPATH Development and Maintenance Organization has made additional updates to the student view to better accommodate students’ needs. Informed by web analytics, student surveys, and usability testing, the new screen design features improved usability and gives more real estate to the items that students reported are most important to them when they log in to LionPATH.

LionPATH is used to manage student accounts, to register for classes, and more. Anyone who attempts to log in during the upgrades will be redirected to the LionPATH Support website.
A local father and son had a unique opportunity this graduation season. Dad, Ray Serafini, and son, Andrew Serafini, having both earned their degrees, walked together during the same commencement ceremony last month at Penn State DuBois.
