DUBOIS, Pa. — All members of the community are invited to take part in this year's Halloween events at Penn State DuBois.
Fall Family Fun Night is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 26, and is free to everyone. Safe Trick or Treat will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. in the campus gymnasium, sponsored by the Penn State DuBois Partnership for Prevention, Passages Inc., the Jefferson County Collaboration and Prevention Board, and the Clearfield-Jefferson Suicide Prevention Board. Following the trick-or-treat event, a 7 p.m. screening of the film “Hotel Transylvania 3” will be shown, also in the gym. Families are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs for the movie. Family-friendly crafts, food, games and plenty of candy will be available throughout the evening.
Additionally, the annual Delta Mu Sigma Honor Society haunted house is slated for 7 to 11 p.m. on both Oct. 26 and 27 in the Smeal Building. The cost is $5 per person, with proceeds benefiting THON and local charities.
