An Earth Day celebration at Penn State DuBois will feature educational exhibits and programs on topics such as sustainability, energy conservation and more. The public is invited to attend the event, free of charge, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, in the Multipurpose Building Gymnasium.

Penn State DuBois wildlife technology student Sean Lauer is this year's recipient of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the Wildlife Society's Frank Felbaum Scholarship. The second-year student from York, Pennsylvania, is the only recipient of the Felbaum Award for 2018, as the highly competitive award is given to only one individual each year.
The Penn State DuBois Veterans Club will hold a 5K run and one-mile walk to benefit the club's fund drive for the installation of a campus veterans memorial. The event is planned for April 21 at the Beaver Meadow Walkway in DuBois.
