Discrimination on the Basis of Disability
Penn State's stance on intolerance and nondiscrimination is established in University Policy AD85. The Pennsylvania State University has adopted an internal grievance procedure providing for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of age, ancestry, color, disability, national origin, race, religious creed, gender, sexual orientation, or veteran status. Students who believe they have been discriminated against may contact the address below to file a complaint.
For further information on the discrimination grievance procedures, refer to the Affirmative Action Office web site at: http://affirmativeaction.psu.edu/.
