A monument honoring all students, past, present and future, who serve or have served in the armed forces was dedicated during a Veterans Day ceremony on Monday, Nov. 12, at Penn State DuBois. The granite, keystone-shaped stone features the seals of all five branches of the U.S. military, as well as an inscription memorializing the campus' student-veterans.
The Penn State DuBois Veterans Club will hold a 5K run and one-mile walk to benefit the club's fund drive for the installation of a campus veterans memorial. The event is planned for April 21 at the Beaver Meadow Walkway in DuBois.
