Although some workplace behavior is easy to identify as inappropriate, many actions that may appear innocent on the surface can constitute harassment. This may include words, deeds, actions, gestures, symbols or behaviors that make someone feel uncomfortable or fear for their safety. This training defines the range of behaviors that constitute harassment and then presents ways to prevent harassment in the workplace, including harassment based on race, religion, sex, national origin, age, and disability.
