This program provides participants with an overview of organizational and individual practices that promote positive and continuing relationships with both internal and external customers. Emphasis is placed upon helping organizations meet and exceed customer expectations. This highly interactive workshop features case studies and planning exercises designed with an action learning focus. Students will learn phone etiquette, people skills, how to communicate with customers, and how to handle angry clients. Participants will engage in role playing.
