Refunds will be made only for cancellations received at least 10 days prior to the start of the class. After that, the individual or sponsoring organization will be held responsible for the fee. Registered participants who do not attend will be charged, however, a substitute may attend in the registrant's place by contacting Penn State Non-Credit Office at [email protected] or 814-867-4973.
Cancellation of Course by University:
The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
